Our Customers are primarily health shops across the UK and Europe, including Whole Foods Market, Planet Organic, As Nature Intended and Revital. We have a small highly motivated team that work with high integrity to provide the very best support to our brands and our valued customers. We now require a team member that can help us provide a pivotal link between our company’s service and our customer’s needs.

The specific responsibilities include:

Direct liaison with our customers

Order administration

Organising dispatch or goods and sending marketing literature

Stock management

Report management

Marketing support

Key attributes:

A good understanding of the health supplement industry

Ability to use own initiative

Reliable and flexible to a small companies needs

Manage Excel spreadsheets

A strong communicator
