Yes to Life Cancer Care Charity

Yes to Life cancer care charity are currently seeking a voluntary office assistant to help with many office related tasks. Required for 1 day per week in the Old Street office, the applicant will need good organisational, numeracy and communication skills, and must be able to work on own initiative. Most of all enthusiastic and an interest in integrative healthcare would be a bonus. Office Assistant Duties: General office duties; opening post, filing, web queries Ensure smooth communications and distribution of information internally (post, telephone, emails, database, online reports) Communicate with other organisations, clinics and beneficiaries Distribute leaflets, collection boxes and other Yes to Life items as required Download, manipulate and summarise Excel reports from online fundraising sites. Ensure common files are stored in the shared area Support and encourage community (ie external) fundraising events; involves persuading and organising others to put on community events to raise funds. Assist in running Yes to Life events eg Seminars, Wellbeing workshops,
